Mortgage Loan Officer - Walla Walla
This unique opportunity requires an independent, extremely reliable
and area/industry knowledgeable individual. We are seeking an
individual who knows the area well and has working relationships with
REALTORS, etc. Must have at least one year of experience originating
purchase/refinance mortgage loans and have a thorough understanding of
loan products and processes. Must be highly dependable and have strong
work ethic to succeed. Compensation and opportunity to grow with the
organization is directly proportional to results. This position will
initially require weekday travel to the Tri-Cities for a 6-8 week training
period (approx). Please indicate your current and desired compensation
(salaried, commissioned, tiers/productions, etc.) to be considered for

Web Specialist / Graphics Designer
This person will collaborate with both internal and external marketing
staff to design, develop and produce artwork to specifications for a
variety of marketing and advertising, including traditional print as
well as online design. Qualified candidate must be able to coordinate
multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure to meet
deadlines. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining HAPO's
web site and Intranet. Qualifications include knowledge of JavaScript,
(X)HTML and PHP. Must have knowledge in graphic images, animations,
movies, and programs (i.e. Shockwave, Photoshop, etc). Please list
