IS Programmer
We are seeking an experienced FT Programmer looking for a fast paced
challenge to join our IT division. Qualified applicants must possess
a college degree in computer science or related field and 3+ years of
programming experience using C and UNIX. Other useful skills include PHP,
Apache, Linux, C++ and SQL. Knowledge of Cache/Mumps is a plus.
This individual will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of
software systems which communicate with our core processing system. Must
be able to assume responsibility for designing and developing application
software as needed, debugging applications and ensuring the detailed
documentation of software written and/or modified.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, excel in project management,
and have superior organizational and communication skills. Must be able
to work on projects alone and in a team setting. Please submit salary

Mortgage Loan Officer - Walla Walla
This unique opportunity requires an independent, extremely reliable
and area/industry knowledgeable individual. We are seeking an
individual who knows the area well and has working relationships with
REALTORS, etc. Must have at least one year of experience originating
purchase/refinance mortgage loans and have a thorough understanding of
loan products and processes. Must be highly dependable and have strong
work ethic to succeed. Compensation and opportunity to grow with the
organization is directly proportional to results. Please indicate your
