HAPO Community Credit Union is looking for a Marketing Data Coordinator/Developer to join our Tri-Cities, WA team!  This position will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the marketing platform systems and development within the website’s content management system. This person will work closely with the creative team to develop digital assets from concept to implementation. Work will include landing page development for marketing campaigns, lead flow creation, search engine optimization, digital ad management and monthly analytic reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Update and maintain the institution’s data marketing and social media systems ensuring the data is accurate and updated
  • Develop landing pages and tracks lead flow for existing campaigns
  • Manage digital ad campaigns
  • Develop within the website content management system and supported plugins
  • Assist with support of all online programs
  • Optimization of digital content for mobile devices and page load speeds
  • Develop email templates to be utilized for direct member communication

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and ability to utilize that understanding for front-end development
  • A strong level of technical digital marketing knowledge is needed as well as attention to detail
  • Understanding of inbound marketing techniques and lead gathering
  • Familiar with digital ad platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
  • Industry knowledge of search engine optimization best practices including page speed optimization
  • Strong communication skills, remain calm under pressure, meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism 
  • A self-starter skilled in planning and organizing own work, often with multiple assignments and competing priorities and deadlines with little or no supervision
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate

HAPO Community Credit Union is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Tri-Cities, WA team!  The Graphic Design position will be responsible for taking ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs, and also conceptualize and create concepts based on research and data. The ideal candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work and the ability to create artwork in multiple digital and print formats.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with management and team members to construct ideas and visuals for a variety of products and services
  • Provide professional recommendations for concepts, design direction, production, and quality control
  • Create infographics, illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Construct A/B testing for designs across various media and audiences
  • Work with other departments to gather information that may influence designs
  • Take constructive feedback and amend designs as needed
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are on-brand using corporate brand standards guidelines

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of digital art, graphic design, layout and illustration
  • Operation of personal computer and current graphics software programs, printing and photography
  • A strong level of technical and creative design knowledge is needed as well as attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, remain calm under pressure, meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism 
  • A self-starter skilled in planning and organizing own work, often with multiple assignments and competing priorities and deadlines with little or no supervision
  • 2-5 years of design experience
  • Design portfolio (preferably online)
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate

Preferred:

  • Experience in designing for the Financial Industry not required but preferred

HAPO Community Credit Union is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Vancouver, WA team!  The External Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) is responsible for proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business and selling HAPO Mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals. They must seek out clients, which requires developing relationships with real estate companies and other sources that can refer prospective applicants. This individual will be responsible for originating new mortgage loans by providing exceptional customer service to our membership while communicating to all parties involved in the loan process. 

Requirements:

  • Possesses sufficient job skills and knowledge to perform the job in a competent manner. Is able to demonstrate skills and knowledge in day-to-day situations.
  • Ability to work independently and develop partnering relationships within the community. 
  • Possess superior interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and use initiative while effectively adapting to change. 
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain products, listen to customers, and effectively overcome customer objections.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry; familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to handle oneself in stressful situations.
  • Proficient use of standard office equipment. Must be capable of multi-tasking.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
  • Two or more years of originating real estate loans; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in the mortgage/real estate industries
  • Contacts and referrals in the real estate and mortgage industries required
  • Prior sales experience

Preferred:

  • Minimum of two to four year college degree with business administration/finance exposure preferred
