12/9/2020 -- Fraudulent Text Messages

We’ve been made aware of fraudulent text messages being received by members regarding fraudulent transactions at Target. The fraudster is claiming to be from HAPO’s fraud monitoring center and then proceeds to ask the member for their online banking credentials. This is a scam! Please be aware that HAPO will never ask for your PIN, CVV code, passwords or online banking information.
