To download our Mobile App, visit the Apple Store for the iPhone and iPad apps or the Google Play Store to download the Android Phone app. In order to download our Mobile App, you will be required to create a Personal ID, which will be used as your new log in credentials for both Mobile Banking and Online Banking through eTeller.

What is HAPO's Mobile Banking?
Mobile banking allows you access to your accounts online with a view optimized for your phone or tablet. Much like HAPO's eTeller, you can check account balances, review recent account activity, transfer funds, and more.
How do I start using HAPO's Mobile Banking?
Download the HAPO application (app) from the App Store (iPhone & iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android devices). If you haven't already done so, you will need to establish a Personal ID and password. To learn more about personal IDs click here. Your new Personal ID and password become your new login credentials for HAPO's online banking (eTeller) and mobile banking.
What devices are supported by the mobile banking app?
iPhone, iPad and Android.
Can I still use mobile banking if I don't have a smart phone?
Yes. HAPO has a mobile banking website m.hapo.org for members without smart phones.
What accounts can I access with mobile banking?
Once a Personal ID is established, you will automatically see any account(s) you are on; including checking accounts, savings and certificates. Loans and credit cards will display based on account ownership.
What if there are accounts displayed that I do not want to see?
To modify your account display, you can log into eTeller and select the "show/hide" link in Display Options.
Can I use Bill Pay with mobile banking?
Yes. If you are a current user of Bill Pay, any payees that you currently have set up can be accessed on your mobile device. Applying for Bill Pay services and payee maintenance must be done using eTeller.
Is mobile banking secure?
Yes. Mobile banking is encrypted and operates through HTTPS. Each time you log in you will be required to provide your login Personal ID and password. No account information is stored on your device.
What if I lose my device?
You can log into eTeller and deactivate your device by going to the Mobile Banking Center. If you don't have access to a computer you can call the Credit Union Contact Center to deactivate it for you.
What happens if I lose my connection while performing a transaction?
If you did not receive the message that your transaction was successful, log in to eTeller or mobile banking to verify whether or not the transaction completed.
Is mobile banking free?
Yes, it is a free service offered by HAPO. Your cell phone/internet provider may charge you a fee depending on the data plan you have for your mobile device.
What does an app bring for member self-service?
The mobile app offers you the convenience of online banking anytime, anywhere using your mobile device. Some additional services provided through the app are text banking and remote deposit capture.
If I haven't enrolled in eTeller, can I still use the app?
Yes. You can create a Personal ID straight from the app to log into your accounts. Certain changes to your preferred account settings may need to be done in eTeller.
