Online & Mobile Banking

Will I be able to access Online and Mobile Banking during the upgrade?

No. Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable during the system upgrade process. Services will resume on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 9:00 AM.

Will my Online Banking user name and password change?

No. Your user name and password will remain the same.

Will I be able to access Online Bill Pay?

No. You will not be able to access Online Bill Pay during the upgrade, services will resume as normal on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 9:00 AM. No changes are being made to our Online Bill Pay service.

What accounts will I be able to view within Online and Mobile Banking after the system upgrade?

Our new system will allow us to have a complete view of you and all of your accounts. This allows us to operate more efficiently and as a result, spend more time and resources serving you! Moving forward our system will be member-centric, meaning we will have a complete and true view of every account you’re on. After the upgrade you will only able to view and transact on loans and VISAs on which you are a borrower or co-borrower. This change may affect what you are used to seeing for loans and VISAs within Online and Mobile Banking.

Will previously scheduled transfers in Online Banking change?

No. Your scheduled transfers will continue to process as usual after the system upgrade. 

Will I be able to view my previous statements in online banking after the system upgrade?

Yes. You will be able to view previous statements.
