Online Banking Overview

Here's a look at some features that will make your life easier.

With External Transfers, you’ll now be able to transfer money between financial institutions without visiting a branch or writing a check. Transfers can be one-time or recurring – the choice is yours. To register, log in to your account and click External Transfers under the ‘Move Money’ heading.

Popmoney is a personal payment service included within Online Banking. Popmoney allows a person-to-person transfer of funds, eliminating the hassle of writing checks or going to the ATM to pullout cash. It can all be done from your phone, making it a perfect feature to use when you’re on the go and owe someone cash. Through Popmoney members are able to send and request money to/from virtually anyone using their email, mobile number or bank information. To register, log in to your account and click Popmoney under the ‘Move Money’ heading. 

With Bill Pay you can set up a payment schedule for each bill, either recurring or one-time, and our secure system will see that it is paid with money from your HAPO checking account. You don't have to write a single check, lick a single envelope or buy another stamp. 

To get started, log in to your account and click on the ‘Bill Pay’ button. You will be taken to an application form to verify the information that will be used when paying your bills*.  

*Bill Pay service may be cancelled if not used for six months. 

Within Online Banking, we have additional services to help you manage your account. Tools available under Additional Services are:

Text Banking & Alerts

  • Opt-in to account alerts and notifications
  • Activate Text Banking

Check Order

  • Reorder checks through Harland Clarke

Credit Card

  • Complete registration to enroll in paperless VISA statements, transaction alerts  and notifications.

HAPO Dashboard

  • View your e-Statements, access the Member Inbox, personalize your debit card, flag your card for travel, update your overdraft options and more


  • View HAPO’s current loan and deposit rates

Update your personal information by clicking My Settings. Here you can edit your email, username, password and security options.
