Online Banking Updates

 

📢 Action Required for eStatement Access and a new Check Research option 

 

Starting November 10, action is required on your account to continue accessing eStatements and to use the new Check Research option: 

🔒 eStatement access will be reset for all Business Users and a new Check Research option will be available. 

✅ To regain access to eStatements, and grant access to Check Research, Secondary Admins and Business Users must request access. 

📧 Primary Admins will receive an email notification related to the request and must approve the request in order for the Secondary Admin or Business User to access. 

 

Admin Steps to Grant Access: 

  1. Log in to Online Banking 

  2. Tap Dashboard 

  3. Select Commercial Authorizations 

  4. Choose the User 

  5. Tap the ❌ red X next to the account 

  6. It will turn into a ✅ green checkmark — access granted! 

  7. The Secondary Admin or Business User now has access to both eStatements and Check Research on the account(s) marked with a ✅ green checkmark. 

This new process ensures secure, intentional access to sensitive account info.
