Express Pickup

Save time. Skip the line!

With our Express Pickup service, you will be able to pick up your cash withdrawal, cashier’s check or research request without waiting in line. Follow these simple steps to schedule your Express Pickup!

1. Login to Online Banking or HAPO Mobile App.
2. Go to Additional Services>Account Services.
3. Select the Express Pickup icon.
4. When your request is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification.
5. Use the "Express Pickup" parking spot when you arrive at HAPO.
6. Visit the lobby concierge to pick up your transaction.
