Meet Adrian Ochoa
My story started at HAPO when I was 18 and shopping for a car loan. Uncertain about the car buying process, the staff at HAPO helped me every step of the way. It was at that moment, I knew I wanted to be a part of the HAPO team and help others. I began my career as a Teller in 2014 and advanced to the role of Financial Service Specialist in 2015. In 2017, I joined the leadership team and in 2019 I took on the role as Financial Center Manager in the Yakima region. In the pursuit of wanting to help others achieve financial success, I completed the Credit Union National Association’s (Cuna) Financial Counseling Certification (FiCEP) program and earned the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation to better serve members and the community.
