Yasmin Flores joined the mortgage department at HAPO Community Credit Union in 2021, with 12 years of consumer lending experience. Not new to the HAPO family, Yasmin previously worked out of Yakima’s Seattle Slew Run branch as a Financial Service Specialist in 2015.
Born and raised in the Northern California, Yasmin moved to Washington at a young age and quickly fell in love with the weather and the distinct four seasons that the Yakima Valley has to offer. Yasmin has a strong passion for helping others and loves the rewarding feeling of seeing HAPO members smile. Whether it’s helping a member fix their credit, buy their first home or meet their financial goals, Yasmin looks forward to it all. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, Yasmin attributes her team’s success and growth to her strategic alliances with realtors, who appreciate her commitment to service.

Yasmin holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminology and Corrections from Yakima Valley College and is fluent in both English and Spanish. When she’s not busy helping HAPO members with their mortgage needs, Yasmin enjoys hiking, horse riding, and spending time with her young daughter Ailany.
