Cash Back
Rewards Programs Signature Visa (Cash Rewards earn at a rate of 1.75% on qualifying purchases.) Rewards are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and will appear on your monthly statement. You must accumulate at least $15.00 to be eligible for any rewards payout. Rewards are paid annually in early November, or upon request for previous billing cycles. Any amount below $15.00 is forfeited during the annual payout. Requests for rewards payouts are paused during October to prepare for the annual distribution.

- Log in to your account in HAPO's Online Banking
- Click Card Management, then Card Services
- Select your card
- Click Statements
- Click eStatement Enrollment
No Annual Fee
HAPO will not charge you an annual fee to keep and use the card.
Member Alerts
Choose to receive text or email notices when your credit card is used and know what is happening on your account all the time! To receive notifications, go into Online Banking, click on Card Managment, then Card Services and select the card you would like notifications on, then click Notification Settings.
Fraud Monitoring
HAPO's fraud monitoring team detects and notifies you of any unusual card activity to help prevent fraud. Block or unblock your card in real time. From Online Banking, click on Card Management, Card Services, and Click the Lock Card icon.
Zero Liability
Use your Visa card to shop online, in a store, or anywhere, and you're protected from unauthorized use of your card or account information. With Visa's Zero Liability policy, your liability for unauthorized transactions is $0-you pay nothing!
Lost/Stolen Card Reporting
Enjoy the comfort in knowing that if your Visa card is lost or stolen, assistance is only a phone call away through Visa's Lost/Stolen Card Reporting service. Call 800-820-6805 anytime, 24 hours a day to report theft or fraud.
