System Downtime Information

As part of our final step to welcome Community First Bank members and perform essential system upgrades, HAPO will be closed with limited account access from November 8 - November 9, 2025. Financial Centers will resume normal business hours, and all services will resume as normal on November 10. We recommend existing HAPO members review the information below to prepare for limited access.

Saturday, November 8 - Sunday, November 9

  • Online banking will be unavailable from November 8 - November 9.
  • All HAPO locations will be closed.
  • HAPO debit cards will remain active but may experience intermittent declines. If that happens, please use another payment method. HAPO Credit Cards will not be impacted and will remain active during this transition.
  • Venmo, Cash App, P2P and other money transfers connected to your debit card will remain active but may experience intermittent declines. Please be prepared to use another payment method or have cash on hand

Once Online Banking is accessible again, all transactions from the offline period will post and your balance may change as the transactions process. Check your account regularly to avoid confusion.
