HAPO Community Credit Union offers membership to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Washington State or lives and/or works in Umatilla or Morrow County in Oregon State. You may even become a member if you have a relative who is a member or is eligible to become a member.
To become a member of HAPO, you simply need to open a savings account with us. There is no minimum deposit to open a base savings account. Once your account is open, HAPO membership becomes a lifelong privilege. Even if you should leave the Tri-City area, Washington State, Umatilla or Morrow County, or the country, you can still retain your HAPO membership.

Thank you for choosing to become a member of HAPO. Our application process should take about 10 minutes to complete. You must be at least 18 years old to join online*. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Social Security Number
- Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID or Passport
- Bank account and routing number to fund your account (if applicable)

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account

What This Means to You:
When you open a new account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
