Accessing Online Banking

Using a mobile device or computer, use your existing Community First Bank username. Then you will be prompted to reset your password to enhance the security of your account.

If you have accounts with both Community First Bank and HAPO, you will log in using your existing HAPO credentials.

Transfers scheduled between your internal accounts with the same ownership will continue after the conversion. Transfers scheduled between HAPO accounts with different ownership will need to be reestablished using HAPO’s Intra-Institution Transfer feature.

Currently, HAPO does not offer person-to-person transfers outside of HAPO through online banking. However, we do provide one-time and recurring ACH transfers as well as wire transfers, which can be arranged at your local branch or by contacting our Contact Center at 509-943-5676.

Yes! If you are enrolled in E-statements through Online Banking.

12 months of payment history on your company payees will carry over. 

Yes, notifications and reminders are sent via email. If you have recently changed your email address, please make sure we have the most up to date email address.

Once you are logged into your Online Banking select Pay/Transfer and select Pay Bills, enter person or business then complete the payee information.

To change your account nicknames, log into Online Banking through Desktop and select “My Settings”. 

HAPO’s online banking doesn’t include that exact feature, but you still have easy ways to get help! 

• You can send us a secure message through online banking and we’ll reply as soon as possible. 
• You can chat with us live during business hours to get answers right away. 
• Or if you prefer, you can always call or stop by any branch.

At HAPO, all certificates require a minimum balance of $100. For this reason, your initial balance in online banking will display exactly $100 lower than the full amount.
