HAPO is excited to partner with the City of Richland again this year for Winter Wonderland in John Dam Plaza! Here is a timeline of the night: Festival of Lights – John Dam Plaza 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tree/stage lighting (6:00 countdown) There will be fun for the entire family with Santa, train rides, reindeer, food vendors and other entertainment! You wont want to miss it!
