The Parks Foundation of Clark County, Vancouver Mall have re-imagined Halloween Trick or Treat as a drive through event Halloween-inspired treat bags for the first 450 kids. Parents, you can drive by the tents and get a treat bag for each child in the car. Treat bags are provided by the Parks Foundation and Vancouver Mall. The Fort Vancouver Library Foundation will have books for kids up to grade 5 and the HAPO Community Credit Union Tent will have a small pumpkin and decorating supplies. Join us from 12:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m. at Vancouver Mall. As part of the day’s activities, you can drive over and park at the selfie area and take a picture of your kids in their costumes, while staying socially distant.
